GMC Holiday Gift Guide 2020

December 3, 2020 by GMC Staff 2 Comments

Do you know someone who loves hiking through the winter? Or, maybe you have a family member planning a Long Trail thru-hike next summer, or another that enjoys day hiking throughout Vermont. Whether you are shopping for the youngest of hikers, or someone who no longer hikes but still feels a connection to the club, we have something for everyone.

We have maps and guides to help with trip planning; warm clothing and performance wear to help hikers get outside year-round; and for the environmentally conscious we have drinkware and tote bags to help reduce the use of single-use plastics. Can’t decide? We have gift cards that can be used throughout our online store!

By holiday shopping at our store, you not only will be inspiring others to enjoy the outdoors, but you will be supporting the organization that works to protect and maintain the Long Trail System. And, don’t forget that the gift of membership or a donation in honor of someone is another great way to give back to the trail.

Whatever you choose, make sure to get your order in by end of day on December 16th for expected delivery before December 25th. This year may see slower shipping across the country, so make your order now!

Cyber Monday 2.0!

Did you miss our recent sale on Cyber Monday? This year you get a second chance! We will offer the same sale on Monday, December 7th as a thank you for your support through this difficult year. For one (more) day only, GMC members get 30% off online using the code MembersCyberMonday. Non-members get 15% off using the code CyberMonday.  Not a member yet?  Join today!

Good morning. I purchased a gift family membership this morning and received an email with a temporary membership card. Can you tell me what will be sent to the family I purchased the gift for and when that communication will happen?

      Mike,
The temporary card generates automatically from any online membership purchase, but we’ll send the gift membership to whomever you filled out the info online for.
Feel free to email our Membership Coordinator Rick Dugan at [email protected] with any questions!
