The air is crisp and cold, the perfect time to get outside with a camera and enter GMC’s winter photo contest! Any winter-themed photo taken on the Long Trail, its side trails, the Appalachian Trail in Vermont, or trails in the Northeast Kingdom are welcome.

Submit up to three frosty snaps by February 28. Winners will be announced by March 11, and we’ll run the Hikers’ Choice voting form again as well. All photo contest entries may be featured in GMC’s print and digital communications, including the Long Trail News, email, website, social media, and other marketing materials. Your photos are a wonderful contribution that help support the work we do.

Grand Prize: $100 gift card to the GMC online store (good for guidebooks, clothing, and more)

Hiker’s Choice: $50 to the GMC online store

Honorable Mentions (up to 3): Warm drink bundle ($10 gift card to Vermont Artisan Coffee, and a GMC mug)

All winning entries will be featured on our blog and social media. Enter GMC’s Winter Photo Contest using the form below.
