Matt Krebs

Matt KrebsMatt manages operations and publications at the Green Mountain Club.  He joined the GMC in 2009 and has worked in many different roles.  In addition to his current duties he has served as an information specialist, stewardship assistant and interim business manager.  Prior to working at the GMC, Matt was a stay at home dad.  As a father of three he has a passion for getting kids out on the trail.  He has a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University in exercise science.  He spent many years after college managing five office locations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the Boston area.  He loves a great adventure, and his have included thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2002 and Long Trail in 2003.  These days he may be found skiing, playing on the tree swing or enjoying a good game of ultimate duck-duck-goose with his wife and three children in Craftsbury, Vermont.
