Hubey Folsom

Hubey Folsom joined GMC’s Board of Director as the Brattleboro Section’s board representative in September 2024. He grew up at his family’s inn, ski bummed for 12 years, then spent 21 years working a “real job.”  He became involved with the Green Mountain Club after meeting his sweetie of 27 years, who introduced him to GMC where he was welcomed to potlucks, slide shows, cross-country ski trips, and trail work.  Hubey enjoys being active in the woods, clipping limbs and clearing blowdowns to be productive in his free time, and meeting day hikers and thru-hikers on the Long Trail.
